What motivates me to help people who get a DUI is basically these people, it’s usually the first time they’re ever in trouble. They’re good people, they are scared after they get the arrest. They don’t know what’s going to happen. My job is to talk to them, calm them down, try to allay their fears, educate them as to what’s going to happen in the DUI process here, in the whole criminal process. Just because somebody gets a DUI does not mean they are a bad person.
Most of these people are good people. However, they feel as though there is a stigma to getting a DUI. My job is to talk with them, is to, like I said, educate them, go through the DUI case and to get the best possible outcome I can out of their case. Thank you.
